Segal is Director of Public Affairs at the Trust for America's Health (TFAH) (www.healthyamericans.org), a non-profit, nonpartisan public health advocacy organization. Prior to joining TFAH, she was with the Clinton/Gore campaigns and administration from 1992-2000, and did corporate communications for technology and health companies. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with Distinction in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania and received a M.A. from the Annenberg School for Communications.
